Do I have to be there?
No. If the items are outside or in a garage we can access, send photos and a gate code or door instructions, and we'll text before and after. For inside pickups, someone 18+ needs to let us in.
How fast can you come?
Next-day is normal for both counties. Same-day happens when there's room on the route — text early in the morning and ask. Roll-offs are usually dropped within one business day.
What can't you take?
Hazardous material: wet paint, solvents, gasoline, asbestos, medical waste, and anything radioactive or pressurized. Tires, batteries, propane tanks and refrigerant appliances are fine but carry a disposal surcharge that we'll tell you up front.
What size dumpster do I need?
A bathroom or small kitchen remodel usually fits the smallest container; a full roof tear-off or whole-house renovation wants the biggest. Tell us the project and we'll size it — over-sizing costs you money, under-sizing costs you a swap-out.
Where does it go?
Licensed transfer stations and landfills in Miami-Dade and Broward. Metal is scrapped, usable furniture is donated when a charity will take it, and clean fill is reused where we can. Disposal receipts are available for business accounts.
Do you deliver material too?
Yes — the dump truck goes both ways. Fill dirt, sand, gravel, crushed concrete and mulch by the yard, delivered to the spot you mark.
